Global Shipping

We offer international shipping for eligible research products to destinations shown as available at checkout. Availability depends on carrier coverage, customs requirements, import restrictions, product eligibility, and destination-country laws.

International Shipping Rate

International Standard Shipping is $25 USD per eligible order. The checkout determines whether the selected destination and products are eligible. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance charges, storage charges, and other destination-country fees are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 5–6 business days after order confirmation. Orders requiring additional verification, batch documentation, special packaging, or other special arrangements may take longer. We will contact you if this applies.

Estimated Transit Time

Estimated international transit time is 15–20 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance, carrier delays, public holidays, weather, incorrect addresses, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Tracking and Delivery

Tracking information will be provided when available. The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, monitoring carrier and customs communications, completing required import procedures, and paying applicable destination-country charges.

Research Use and Import Compliance

Products are supplied strictly for qualified laboratory research use. The buyer is responsible for confirming that the products may be lawfully imported, received, stored, and used in the destination jurisdiction. Products are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or clinical application.
