Global Shipping Policy
We offer international shipping for eligible research products to destinations shown as available at checkout. Shipping availability depends on carrier coverage, customs requirements, import restrictions, product eligibility, and the laws and regulations of the destination country or region.
International Shipping Rate
International Standard Shipping is $25 USD per eligible order. The checkout determines whether the selected destination and products are eligible.
Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance charges, storage charges, and other destination-country fees are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Order Processing
In-stock orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 5–6 business days after order confirmation.
Orders requiring additional verification, batch documentation, special packaging, temperature-controlled handling, or other special arrangements may require additional processing time. We will contact you if this applies.
Estimated Transit Time
Estimated international transit time is 15–20 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by the destination, customs clearance, import inspections, carrier delays, public holidays, weather, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or events outside our reasonable control.
Tracking and Delivery
Tracking information will be provided when available.
The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, providing a valid telephone number and email address, monitoring carrier and customs communications, completing required import or customs procedures, and paying applicable destination-country charges.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by inaccurate information supplied by the buyer or failure to respond to a carrier or customs authority.
Research Use and Import Compliance
All products are supplied strictly for qualified laboratory research use.
The buyer is responsible for confirming that the products may be lawfully imported, received, stored, and used in the destination jurisdiction.
Products are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or clinical application.
